We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • All eligible products may be returned within the return period unless otherwise stated

Free Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping on all approved eligible returns.
There are no restocking fees.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at contact@hazaplan.site within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are refundable when applicable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos.

We will provide either:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund at no additional cost

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene or safety reasons, certain items such as intimate wear, earrings, or personalized products may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
